Ivan did a superb job fixing our house and yard that was damaged by June 2023 tornado. The quality and timeliness of his work was fantastic. We had new fencing, roof, deck refinishing, and many minor things that he didn’t hesitate to fix. He also worked well with the insurance company to get us the maximum allowed.

My parents had Ivan come to help them with a water leak in their 25yr old roof. Popcorn removal and paint in the interior. He was responsive and his guys did great work. No complaints, very quickly done.

Costs escalated due to material availability during COVID. Worked closely with Douglas County on code requirements and approvals, corrected items required by county. All in all, nice finish … get many compliments on the finished product.
