I hired Ivan Valverde to build a new home for me in Castle Pines. He was on time and on budget. The house turned out beautiful. I would definitely use him again.

We are very pleased with the work Home Sky Contracting has done in our home. We explained to Ivan what we needed done and the urgency, he didn’t hesitate and put us on a schedule from start to finish the experience has been very positive. He and his crew did a wonderful job in our home from fence repairs and painted, to exterior and interior fresh paint. Replaced carpet throughout the house, replaced baseboards, trimming, refinished hardwood floors, adding a rail to our back porch. Ivan and his company have excellent workmanship. I had some siding work done on my home three years ago. A couple of weeks ago there was a very bad windstorm that caused some damage to the siding. Home Sky came out and repaired the damage free of charge even though the warranty expired a few months ago. They also repaired some damage to a gutter that was not part of the original project. I highly recommend Home Sky and will use them again when I need work done at my home.
